Why do people leave their dogs in cars in extremely hot weather?

😠 Experienced this today. It was hot as a hooker in church, and some idiot thought it was a good idea to leave their dog in the car while they went to eat at a sit-down restaurant where there was air conditioning. The windows were cracked open, but it doesn't matter in this blasted heat. 😠

Some even leave their kids in a hot car. Every summer, I read about babies dying after being left alone in a hot car, sometimes for hours.
I call the cops if I see a baby or animal in a hot car.

-never leave your dog in a hot car
-never let your dog on ice

I agree totally, it's abuse. Someone should leave that person in a hot car for hours and see how they like it.
