@beermeplease馃かi would love too oblige you but my cat jess she is not a kind of cat that likes too be picked up for affection.that is her picture in my avatar so that is the best you are going too get i am afraid 馃槅affection with jess is on her own terms lol

@smiler2012 aw... how old is jess? outdoor or indoor cat? i had a cat that was an outdoor cat that wasn't overly affectionate. but once she reached about 10 and became an indoor cat she was affectionate, cats can be funny that way. my current one is very affectionate and totally tolerates being picked up....

@beermeplease 馃かwe got jess from animal welfare and by her age we got her as a kitten we think she ten in may . we think this is of our own doing not picking her up more as a kitten and she now associates being picked when we de flea her 馃槅so is off like a shot when she sense danger of this lol

@smiler2012 lol... my cat is just over 2. she's clean and i haven't needed to give her a bath...yet. she'll poke her head in the shower while i'm in it. not sure she will after i do give her a bath 馃ぃ

@beermeplease not a good idea as cats groom themselves and do not especially take kindly too human interference even down too combing there fur lol

@smiler2012 i agree...it's not natural. but she does love being brushed... keeps her from getting matted
