Should it be mandatory for all pets to receive a daily dose of cuddles and treats ?

@Nimbus the black and white cat nimby reminds me of our cat jess when we got her as a kitten 😆she would gladly take the titbits no danger but being cuddled is a no with her she does not like been picked up
