Would you get a pet rat?

I'm planning on getting one for Christmas.
Truth be told I was actually taking care of an orphaned litter of baby mice on top of going to school so I am still catching up from sleep.

They all passed away sadly. I had to be up every 2 hours sometimes for an hour or longer feeding them for about three weeks and they passed anyways one by one.

So as a reward I'm going to get myself my own ratty since I worked so hard to care for these poor babies😊

@Juvia That's just meant to be funny, they are not narcissists. My Mamakitty protects me when she thinks something might get me, it's sweet and adorable.😻 They aren't selfish, they just don't fawn over everyone.
One of my cats will give me her prey on request, and they come when I whistle.😻😻🤗
