Do you ever feel guilty leaving your pets when you go on vacation?

Every single time. I miss them so much until I'm back too.

I don't go on vacation. Sometimes I end up in the mental hospital though, and I feel guilty leaving them then. :( Hopefully that won't happen again though. I think I've found meds that actually work.

Nah, my dog loves the place where she boards and they send me videos of her playing while she’s there so I miss her but I don’t feel guilty

They go with me if we are gone longer than overnight. Or if not possible, we have a few options for trusted pet sitters.

I don't feel guilty when I have to leave my pets behind. I make sure that they are well taken care of in the homes of my sons or daughters. My son often leaves his two cats for a few days. They don't mind him not being there. They have lots of food and water and they have each other for company.

I do. My cat was depressed and lonely when I went to Florida for 15 days a few weeks ago. He kept following my mom around and sleeping with her instead of me because I wasn't there. When I got back, he meowed at me, then followed me to my room and slept on my bed with me. He's obedient and loyal like a dog.

I stress hard if I leave my pets. I'm worried that Missy might come looking for me if I'm gone too long and nobody knows how to love them like I do.🤗

I feel guilty when I go to the bank. She looks so sad and greets my return so eagerly.

It's terrible. I put in a camera so I can keep an eye on them.
