My friend who rescues Guinea pigs messaged me this morning. She didn’t have time for them any more and wanted to know if I wanted the FIVE she currently had. Plus her gigantic cavie condo and all of her piggie provisions.

So, I picked them up this evening. I’ve only put half of their habitat together, but they’re a happy little herd. ♥️
@Neoerectus They really are. My younger kids don’t handle them by themselves, but they love to watch them play. It also depends a lot of the kid in question.
@BigAssLeech @Neoerectus I think my daughter having one would be fine. I mean, my cousins used to have to take care of farm animals at the age of 5. And it’s not like I won’t be there to help my daughter take care of them.
@WonderGirl1 I’m not sure where she rescued them. Two of the new girls were rescued this week from a neglect situation. The first two I got from her were also.
Weep weep weep. 😆 🤣 so adorable. My brother and his ex used to have them. My mom made little felt saddles for them. With velcro when we would put the little saddles on them they would buck. 😆 We never kept them on them. Or upset the animals in any way
@QueenOfTheNerds they are.. and they are very temperamental. One minute they're happy and grumpy the next. But know this, I think you said you're were all ladies, but never ever ever put a male in a female's cage. She will kill him. No joke. Female in male's cage you are all good though. Have fun they are very playful
