What helps pets most with reacting to fireworks?

Like does seeing the pretty lights help or make it worse?

Would pet ear muffs help for a day?

Or a thunder cuddle shirt or anything like that work?

I just tell them in a soothing voice that it's okay. I get that some dogs are different, but mines are pretty responsive to my moods. They stay calm because I'm calm.

If I have to leave them at home alone, I mostly put on some soothing music and reward them with treats when I get back home. Not sure how effective that is, but they seem to come out alright

i give my dog a thunder shirt and some calming treats and put her in the bathroom with the tv on outside!

Just talk to him in a happy voice, include treats and attention. Good eye contact helps too.

In the future see if you can get some Alprazolam from your vet if it's really bad.

Keeping them close to you, petting them, hold them tight

I usually try to sit with mine in a quiet room and I give them something they love to chew on, like buffalo ears
