My cat got ran over today.. her skull was crushed. Im broken and my heart is shattered.

I can't figure out people who let their pets out unsupervised. One of my neighbors lost two chickens to another neighbor who could not be bothered to look after a pet dog. I actually considered euthanizing another neighbor's dog that was left outside in below freezing temperatures day after day.

Sorry, maybe this does not apply to you. Maybe it was a one time lapse. It just bothers me because where I live so many people leave pets outside. Why on Earth have a pet and not let it live in your house?
