Unprofessional people.

. She's telling me all this because I went to go fill out a maintenance request to the rental office myself because my concerns were always ignored and now she wants to act like I reported her when I was told at the office that I should be discussing these issues with her that's when I said I have and nothing has been done. This lady is so unprofessional.

I feel for you because just this past week I had a bathroom leak, contacted the office and within an hour a maintenance man was at my door to address the situation. Makes me feel very grateful that I’m not up against what you’re going through to get the problem addressed.

Just curious if paying the rent has been an issue or if the woman has this attitude with everyone.
