how is it a lot of people act like sheep now

like on youtube and other sites, you make a comment then someone undermines your comment and insults you for your point of view, then other people join in and start writing critical comments at you? more or less behaving like 'sheep'.

this just happened to me before on youtube, just because i wrote my opinion and someone didn't like it....then another person jumps on the bandwagon and insults me.
