With having several personalities disorder social media is challenging
I "host" starts with writing this comment.
then it's edited up to 7 times because all my alters are adding their words, leading to a really disoriented comment where the start phrase is the end phrase and the topics are in the complete wrong order and there's a mix of writing languages from a kid to a 50 y old.
I notice this when reading something I've commented or posted a few hours or a day or two after.
I've had some people insult me for constantly editing my comments and called me fake / coward don't stand by your words / manipulating.
I didn't know what to say because I don't want to mention my DID to people who's already rude as they will guarantee just insult that too.
Thankfully most people haven't cared or remarked my edits. But if anyone wondered what the hell I'm doing editing things all the time. Now you know.
Fact is with DID. I can see my posts and comments and sometimes I don't recall ever posting them. Same with my drawings or when I write poems. It's as if I'm seeing someone else's work because sometimes an alter don't want me to know it was them who made it, maybe it was sensitive info, trauma expressions or other things they protect me from.
Confusing I know. I'm still learning how this all works. And it's just a matter of time before my child alter Little will post here and tell me it's her. Maybe this post is enough to trigger it. She has done it on other platforms so if it happens, remember she's just a toddler so go with it. Be kind to her and she'll feel welcome which makes us all feel welcomed which makes me feel safe.
Hii SW humans. I'm little! El is my human body and I like to do fun things I like dragons and I watch a dragon tv and I have Toothless plushie and I like food. I like animals and swim and naps and cinnamon buns and hugs and dogs and cats and things. I am almost smallest and I talk with everyone but it's forbidden to private talk with others. I like colours. I like summer and winter and falls. I don't like coffee!
I don't like that little is exposed here. If [b]anyone[/b] is hurtful I will delete this post /Anile protector

The other comment is a so called "protector" as in her role is to make sure we are safe and she has only recently accepted that the system are exposed. She hid all alters for many many years successfully. She tried to hide in therapy but our therapist caught her read handed and she has been a bit bitter about that and she don't trust anyone so she's automatically very defensive and careful.
Little is a toddler in mentality so she has Anile babysitting her and setting boundaries for her. And I and my partner set boundaries for Anile because she's actually just a teen, but she has taken on an adult role and can be over protective and agressive if she or the system feels threatened.
