Im too shy

This just happened recently, we were having a group project and then I was selected as a leader I'm a very awkward shy person so me being a leader would be the worst I can't even announce something to them which led to them getting confused the more confused they get the more anxious and scared I get which means that I can't think straight, I hate leadership.
