Why is it online it's easy to talk to people but face to face I just go completely quiet and nervous to speak? 😣😣😣

Common for introverts. With curtain of anonymity we can open our hearts without being fear of judged in real life that could effect our image about ourselves.

With time we gain strength to face people more confidently, when we have created a strong, positive and confident image of ourselves.
