Why is it online it's easy to talk to people but face to face I just go completely quiet and nervous to speak? 😣😣😣

@SW-User Had a meeting with a psychologist and he suggested a couple kinds of medicines to get rid of most of the anxiety, but I don't want to take anything that changes me that much; it doesn't sound very safe to me. lol
