I Am Shy

i have always been shy ever since i was a child, i have friends, i dont know how, but they all know I'm shy and they want to try and help me break out of it, but what they don't realize is when you are a certain way for a long time and you try to break out of it, its hard because you're so used to being shy. on the internet I'm not very shy because you're anonymous but in real life I won't go up to someone and say hi, i usually wait for them to say anything and then i can start a conversation
