I Believe Venting Is Not Selfish
I wouldn't even describe it as venting really. I see it more as something that you want to get off your chest.. something that you need to talk about to someone that you can trust.

It is my thoughts that you can vent to anyone at any time, just put it out there, there is more room out than in, and holding it in can be very detrimental to your arteries.
