why are americans on sw so angry and rude?

there are lot of europeanson sw, all sensible, fun, polite people, who come here to communicate, but the yanks are awful, not al of them but quite alot full of insults, chill guys, it sonly chatting, would you be this rud ein rl, i hope not

Using bad language is one thing, expressing obnoxious ideas is another, and the latter is not specific to Americans.

@jefferson I don't think Americans identify as much as Europeans do with a social class. But even in the UK it depends on the leaders, whether they know how to appeal to the lowest-income voters or not.
