People are downvoting me today...

The thing is that trans people aren't anywhere near as weird as you make them sound, when you refer to them as deeply troubled segment of society. I met plenty trans people when I was younger, given I was part of a small lesbian/gay/trans community back in Denmark, and the only thing that appeared weird about them was literally that they said they were trans. They were just like anyone else in all other ways, so I would say we are all just as troubled as any transsexual/transgender person, your troubles just have a different name. There is no reason to be condescending about other people's experiences, just because they differ from your own.

and let that be a lesson to you! (actually I'm just spouting off, I haven't seen anything that'd make me interested in downvoting anything from anyone. at least so far)

When you say something controversial you get downvoted. That means if you question the far left's wacky ideas, they get upset. Example, you expressed an opinion on Trans issues. That got you downvoted and you got assaulted by some old grouch for expressing your opinion.

Downvotes are a badge of honor. Enjoy.

Why?

Yeah, I don't do downvotes, because it means the person will be showing up less in my feed, and if somebody is as wrong and irrational as you have shown yourself to be, I feel obligated to tell them the truth.
