I Am Quiet

@Beautywithin Yeah. That’s the problem I am dealing with. I work from home and am often very busy so I don’t have many chances to make friends IRL. I wish I just had a couple people to talk to and vent about life with. I have no interest in sharing/trading pictures, or meeting up, and I don’t care what anyone is wearing. I did have luck a few years back and had a good friendship with someone in Puerto Rico. Lost touch with her when EP shut down though. As it is I’ll probably just quit SW after a while since it is a bad time sink with no payoff if I don’t have someone to talk to.

@MegynK I work from home so I don’t have many social interactions IRL. I just want people to talk to but being on here reminds me that I’m not that weird, or aggressively political or religious. The few people I want to talk to assume the worst about me since I’m a male and the ones willing to talk to me aren’t people actually have much in common with.

@aaatheaaa I do talk, and have received quite a few Best Answers. I just don’t feel a need to complain about much or throw details of myself out to the void, so I don’t make many posts. I’ve even taken the time to message people and try to begin conversations that end up going no where. Plus you are quite wrong in your statement. There are plenty of reasons to be here even if you aren’t talkative.
