Quiet Until You Know Me

I'm rarely the first to talk....I'm one of those that's not shy just have a lot of anxiety....It's hard for me to let my guard down around others online or off... I feel more like I bother others.... Somewhere in me tells me people don't want me around.....It's usually not true but I can't switch that feeling off...

I hate meeting new people. I always have to explain my issues and half the time they don't believe me or they make fun of me.
Then once they see a tic or outburst they are offended or again making fun of me. I even had someone film me.
Like i said if not for my kids i wouldn't leave my house. Hell i probably wouldn't be alive right now.
