have you ever been given attitude by a customer service agent when you've phoned to buy something
why has standards dropped so much? people are so different in mentality to the way people used to be in this country....it's mainly this young generation who don't appear to have any 'ethics' or proper way of talking to you..
i phoned up a company earlier on to buy something with my debit card, and the young guy who answered had an attitude problem, very blunt....didn't explain anything about the product or didn't seem to know how to answer my query about it....at one point in the call he raised his voice at me and i raised my voice higher at him and said' don't speak to me that way!' and he didn't respond, he shut up......he wasn't english like me, i could tell by his accent and voice....not saying that had anything to do with it.....just something i noted.
