in these turbulent times how do you remain positive

there is a lot going on in society now, in the world...many negative things/ stories/ events and i think it's a challenge to stay positive, because you can easily get dragged down by it all....so how do you remain positive?

Turn off the news. No one person can fix all that, or perhaps any of it. Also, the news is ONLY the bad shit that's happening. There is so much good out there. I wish they would tell us about that every hour on the hour instead. If you look for it though, it's there. Even in the bad stuff, look for the people helping, they are always there.
