How do you reject people?

Do you try to be as nice as possible or are you cutthroat brutal with it?

not cutthroat or brutal but just firm and direct, if it's someone i don't like, don't agree with or don't relate to, i'll just tell them ' i'm not interested in knowing you or talking to you ' and if they persist, i'll block them.
