Nope. I generally am a nice person, but i prove through my actions why I deserve sonething.

If I want that advantage enough, yeah. I read the room and play the game when it’s called for. I’ve found you have to to get in the door sometimes. But I rely more on my actions backing up the confidence and drive I bring to the situation because while words can wield power, they’re certainly not powerful enough to hold onto any position worth having in life.

And I typically don't need to use ppl to gain an advantage.
You get more flies with honey than with shit, but I won't act like someone I'm not just for advantage.
