Can the consciousness of the Universe be programmed by Human consciousness / Human will ?

@usher but I do agree that everything is energetically connected ( emotionally) And too much negative dark emotions and thoughts may influence the environment and what happens to us. But " programming" the Universe is way too strong. If we could positively program 5% of ourselves , that would be a friggen miracle

@SW-User I understand what you mean. Because I am a believer in God as a consciousness I believe that Prayer is a method of programming the Universe. I know it sounds crazy, but it's a belief I have
