Why does my iPhone randomly take screenshots and turn on the flashlight

It has to be some kind of short cut or feature but I can’t figure out how to activate it on purpose hahaha

Help an old lady out.

Even more how does it trigger in my pocket and start videocalling some person I went to school with 2 years ago?..
