Anyone else? [I Am Kind Of Old Fashioned]
Ladies! I’m just curious. Anyone else here old fashioned when it comes to romance and relationships?
Genetically, men are born with the inherent urges to hunt and gather. That’s still true, but, I’m today’s society they can be emasculated.
Believe me, I’m all for equal rights and women who want to share the responsibilities or even be the bread winner in the home. I don’t see anything wrong with how one chooses to live their life because it’s their life!
But, I actually like it when a man courts (yes, I said courts lol) a woman and holds open doors, wants to take care of his lady. But I’ve met women who find that offensive too.
I’m just curious to all of your thoughts?
And, a background on me …I was married to a man that took care of everything (but my emotional and mental needs, but that’s for another day lol). Now, I’m a single mom that works and I’m finishing up my degree. I’m making my own way. I miss companionship and wish I had someone with me, but I’ve also found inner strength I never knew I had (ok… now I’m getting into what should be a different post lol) I’ll digress :)
