Do you ever meet people and think they are older than you?

Then you find out they are younger...

What do you think after that happens?

Yeah that happened once at work. A girl revealed her age on her bday - she was younger than me and told me she wasn’t ashamed of being 40 bc she knew she didn’t look it. I thought she totally looked it and then some, but played along anyway.

Makes me wonder if I am mistaken in thinking I look pretty good for my age.

@NiftyWhite That's great, looking young is a super power!

I had same exact experience which prompted this post - guy said to me, "I'm 55, not many look like me" I though, holy moly, I thought you were at least 65....(I'm 62)

@fun4us2b Now my hubby is 55 and I think he looks great for his age. When my dad was 55 I remember he was already an old man inside and out. grey hair, couch potato, heavy smoker, overweight, lethargic. My hubby is very energetic and does extreme sports even now. The only time he starts to look his age is if he doesn’t keep his hair short then he looks homeless and disheveled.

@NiftyWhite Yes, for those that take care, they say that say 50 is the new 30!
