I find it pretty easy to do on line because of the anonymity but yes it’s not easy even with family- just like Fox said though I don’t know that they care anyways - people (even family) are just worried about them own selves 🤷‍♀️

@RebelFox yep, it can be hard to open up to people sometimes. Particularly if you've done so in the past and been mistreated for doing so. Or felt worse for doing so. Finding the right person is key
