I personally find is disgusting how we see each other…

As bodies and faces, as attitudes and enemies. We expose our meat bags to criticism on purpose, hoping someone will validate our attractiveness. All the makeup to conceal and smooth. Guarded personalities and better than thinking. We’re putting it all out there, but showing people nothing. It’s boring. The facade we put on, to feed our hungry egos, while we atrophy inside. It’s an easy route, been down it my fair share but it wasn’t until I did the inner work that my heart felt deeply safe inside my body. Everything else shines through. Some see it, some don’t, but that matters next to nothing when you’re good with your guts.

Most people dont seem to want to do the inner work because it is so painful.

@Nebula it really is hard work and it’s a long and winding road. I had zero support along the way, I think it’s time to seriously support each other’s emotions and inner dark and light. It’s time to shift the direction before we succumb to being robots 🖤
