Panicky phone calls from a client unable to find a piece of legal paperwork they’d supposedly sent me.
I searched everything from notes I’d scribbled to reports I’d completed.
Even checked postal/courier deliveries received.......I hadn’t received it and now I could prove it !
Two hours later, cue grovelling apology !
Wrong client !
Didn’t even know which client they were talking about !! 🙄
I get days like this. Somebody else’ panic so it must be my fault !
Should have quit this nonsense years ago !
