It’s a Stiffel Brass lamp. Should be heavy if it’s genuine brass. There’ll be a foil tag either under the lamp or on the plug that tells you more about its maker (though it’s possibly been removed over the years).
@MarsRed yeah the labels no longer there, but I figure that's right. I can't find the exact one online though, wish I could. Just bought it as a gift for someone that likes antique stuff : )
