Fellow nerds/geeks, what are your hobbies?
For non fiction I enjoy Trains (huge lifelong railfan), Paleontology, Zoology, Astronomy, Geography, some Earth Science, some times I do read about history mainly the American Civil War, and I love music especially classic rock.
I enjoy fictional universes such as Star Wars. I like the first six movies and the original expanded universe (now called Legends), that's my favorite Star Wars. Disney canon Star Wars stories I like are Rogue One, the Blade Squadron Short Stories, and the Tarkin novel. I'm a huge Mortal Kombat fan, I love the original timeline and the MK9, X, and 11 timeline. I also enjoyed the Mortal Kombat Legends animated films and I'm looking forward to the new Mortal Kombat movie as well as future installments in the MK cinematic universe. I like the first two Terminator movies and The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I enjoy some of the Sonic games, I still haven't seen the movies though. I also like the first Independence Day movie and the books, the second one was ok but not that great.
I also enjoy the Jurassic Park movies because I'm a paleontology nerd, Mario (especially Mario Kart) and Virtua Fighter. I'm more of a casual fan of these franchises however.
