Always a cheater is a real thing. It's always dumb simple sayings that are true. It's not really dumb I'm just mad at myself for being naive.

With some people, a lot of people perhaps, it is true. Generally the best predictor of future behavior is one’s past actions.

However, it’s still a choice, and people have been known to change behaviors that risk jeopardizing a relationship they value, even if they need to get counseling.
