I Admire Maturity

Maturity is not only about external characters and behaviours to me. Maturity is knowing yourself and respecting others limitations. Knowing how to prioritise according to the circumstances, individuals, environments, etc. I see mature people working better in teams, at companies and with clients best for longer periods of time. They are more loyal & ethical as well. Maturity & virtues can be interchangeable, I think. Of course genuine humour is nice once in while.
