I'm a Loner Most of the Time

I'm unable to work and I lost most of the strength in my hands. So it limits me to do most things. I'm very isolated and alone. Some days I have zero interaction to adults. I have a son at home who is involved in sports. So that's usually my only outings. Yet I still feel alone lost when I'm out as I'm very shy. I try socialize yet I still feel like the outsider. My bf just ended things so I feel more alone then ever. Just wish I could work and do so much more. Most days I feel I'm just wasting my life away

Oh I do try. Over and over. Been off work for 14yrs It's the hardest thing. I feel I have no purpose just lost

Thank you I won't I have 3 kids. Only one at home. But it's so hard most days. I tend to just stay in bed.

@freedragonfly: Try doing something a little by yourself going out. That might help too .. :-)
