I just realised, Since I was sick last weekend. I haven’t touched another human or had a conversation in person since the weekend before. It’s been 10 days. 🫡

Nah, that's not extreme. Not being touched is pretty normal overall and if you live alone and work from home or you're on a sick leave, then not talking to anyone seems normal to me as well.
