I'm a Loner Most of the Time

I love people, I really do, but I'm crushed when someone decides they don't want to know me. Over and over. I don't understand why people don't want a real friend who cares. And I can never stop myself from caring. It's more important to be myself though.

Caring is the hardest part. Personally I find it hard to hold a connection to people, usually it's just one or two at a time. Plus, I don't feel like I'm that interesting so they pick up on that. Being a loner isn't all bad, and being (and more importantly, liking) yourself will only make things better for you.

@raysam363 yeah I just want one good friend. I've always been a loner. But I care so much. I have so much to give.

I know the feeling all too well. I guess after enough times it doesn't sting as much. I lost a lot of time with someone before though, so hopefully you aren't going through that.

@raysam363 if I've helped someone it's never wasted, but my "friends" don't even know my mom is dying... It's surreal. You are very right, it doesn't sting near as much.

When you best friend is your partner and things go horrible... well, no use crying over spilled milk. Your friends not knowing about your mom is atrocious though.
