I'm a Loner Most of the Time

@canusernamebemyusername not really, its small for the area, but not really small compared to some places

@xiera Support groups can be supportive. It can be a good place to find nice people.

Oh no! Would an umbrella help? I know some people don't like the open sky and will use those or wear a hat.

@canusernamebemyusername ive tried it, it helps a bit, but im still like petrified at certain places. like, dont bring me to anywhere with alot of ppl. ill throw a mini fit x_x

@xiera Sometimes I am like that. It feels like a sensory overload. People get in my bubble and my bubble just gets bigger.

@canusernamebemyusername my doctor mentioned something like that. she also said i was unhealthy and needed 2 talk 2 others, and get out of my room more. so i take what she said with uncertainty >~>

@xiera Well it is not the healthiest way that is for sure. But you would need to be introduced in an environment you feel safe. But reaching out online is helpful as well. It is just that being isolated can lead to depression.

@canusernamebemyusername i was more depressed b4 spending all my time online. but to each their own i guess~

@xiera Oh so it is helping then. I also think your doc may have been referring to actual physical contact with people. A lot of people crave that.
