Thats the point. A pillow isnt strong enough, i hit the wall to the point of my knuckles getting swollen. Its more like "me or the wall" in my head and i dont want a punching bag because i dont want anyone to know im doing this

Punching bag is for training, you can say that's why. Just don't end up making a fool of yourself if you brake a finger doing that..
