Nice idea. Wrong species. Humans are adaptable. A mentally healthy well balanced person wouldn't want to be stuck in the role of being an introvert or an extrovert all the time.
Strange people with big secrets or insecure people craving attention don't carry higher IQs, though some may be the victims of a bully, and others might be the victims of themselves.
Truth is, you really never truly know other people. Though I've been told that under some conditions you can, it fails to cover the fact that people can change.
