Have isolated myself from EVERYONE in my life....no contact.
Even moved and now living in a secluded house. Feeling anxious more now than ever. Have a hard time in any social setting.

That’s a hard way to live. I like being by myself a lot, I don’t see many people and have very little family left.
I do go to the store and do my own things that needs to be done. Actually more people know me than I know them. I can chat to them in a store but never invite them to my place. ( it’s clean and well taken of but just don’t want to get close to anyone now.
