So true. It reflects in the way I respond someone when I message them! I hate being this way. How do I improve myself? :(

You don't need to improve yourself. Being an introvert isn't something bad. I think your question should be, "how do I improve my social self?" My advice would be to just do it. Just talk like you might to a family member or friend. You have to ease into the comfortable. That's how I do it at least.
