I don't owe hostiles a debate

So I won't debate. It isn't because I can't. I absolutely can. I can provide all the supportive information where I have gotten my info from and try to prove them wrong.

But why?

If they don't have the integrity to actually look up for themselves if I'm correct and want to stand on their imperical ideologies, then why bother?

At least have the intelligent honesty to see if I'm wrong and refute me with the proof I'm wrong? Not just what you have been spoon fed?

Everything I state in a reply are things I have independently learned by asking, "Is what that person said true?" and then finding the truth. 95% of the time, if they are conservative, they are not correct and I have learned why. No debate needed. Just honest curiosity.

If a person can't even bother to have curiosity to see what is true about an opposing thought, I can't be bothered to take them seriously.

True...I have found the same thing. I will not debate with them either for the same reasons you have stated.

Spoon fed is correct!
You’re a smart lady. To do otherwise is the equivalent of this.

Always remember that the majority of Conservatives on this site suffer from Trump Denial Syndrome. There’s really not a lot you can do.

@iamthe99 Of course. Tbh, I give my information for people who are more open to other ideas and not for the person I am actually responding to. I already know the person I'm responding to will dig in their heels and double down on their wrong opinions. That's a given. My hope is that there is someone like me who is asking themselves, "Is that true?" and actually has the ability to intellectually grow.

@MaBalzEsHari Not to mention, cults tend to have the following:

• a narcissistic leader who tells everyone only he can solve their problems. Only he has all the answers.

• an Us vs Them stance to make the followers believe they are being ostracized and oppressed, which is further enhanced when they go out among "normal people" and are told they are wrong.

• an inherent prevalent sense of doom projected by the leader to keep the followers constantly in a fear state.

• a leader who speaks in logical circles to intentionally confuse and disrupt the logical thinking of the followers.

When you look at everything trump has done since 2015, and even earlier, he literally hits every mark.
@FoxyQueen You're preaching to the preacher. All things I.........millions of us.....have said to the cult for years. They truly are a full blown cult. Nothing affects how they view the cult leader.

If I’ve learned anything on here specifically; it’s that people HATE to be proven wrong. They will die on whatever swords they have. If that makes sense..

@Moneyonmymind I tend to think it is because they don't have the ability to admit to themselves they may not know all things. I try to always ask myself when presented with conflicting information, "Is that true? Let's find out!" Then, I actually will go back and say, "Wow! I learned something today!" or, I don't and realize I don't need to continue conversing with that person because they don't have the common sense to question what they hear or read. If they aren't going to do that, there is literally no point in continuing to talk to them. They want to be stupid that they won't question their own beliefs and opinions and I don't have time for that nonsense.
