Are you INFP-A (assertive mediator) or INFP-T (turbulent mediator) ? Does is even matter?

I'm sick of people having to know what their personality type is, and constantly ask others about theirs. Similar to having to know your IQ and wanting to know the IQ of others like that sets the parameters of who you engage with professionally and/or socially.

What makes you think people have to know rather than are just interested in knowing more about themselves?

Also in what setting are you constantly asked?

Who have you known that has used the results of personality tests to demarcate who they socialise with?

@SW-User like gender pronouns I see it much more frequently in dating site profiles, and social medias like facebook, etc.

@butterflybaby75 that’d explain it, I’ve stayed away from dating websites for a while. I love it when people get into star signs on those sites 😂.

Facebook though to be honest is just comical in the ‘personality tests’ they promote. It’s often just entering your first name or something random to find out what kind of Viking princess you are. 😂
