I Am An Introvert Infp

If only i could control the volume of the noises and voices and all kinds of sounds entering my ears, i would keep it on mute or at its lowest 75% of time!
Where is the mute button on my ears in real life?
I don’t want to hear nor am I interested in all that chatter of people!

Let me be selective in what goes on into my ears.

I'm an INFJ.

For me, the mute button is taking my focus off of those things that take my breath away, and focus on things which align me with Source.

@PhoenixPhail i need to do that more often, but for me, it has always been Nature that connects and aligns me with the Source, but haven’t been able to be out much this year. So i use music and writing as other options. 😅

My husband is INFJ too. I have taken the test many times but it always comes back as INFP, i secretly think i would be INFJ, but my perceptions always turn out to be stronger.
@ethereal Nature, music and meditation are the things which most align me with Source.

INFJ and INFP sounds like a pretty good combination. 🤗

@PhoenixPhail meditation for me too, but haven’t gotten time for it for now. I live in a huge family of 7 people and it gets exhausting sometimes. Music has become my meditation. I used to crave for solitude to be able to meditate, but i have come to accept that i won’t be getting much solitude for some time now. Phases come and go. :)

Yes, it is. We understand each other quite well. 🤗
@ethereal Maybe you can find the calm within the storm by creating the perfect quiet room in your mind and retreating to it when you need, even, and especially, in the midst of hectic-ness and turmoil.

This is what I've had to do in SO MANY circumstances.
