I Am An Infj

Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging. At least, according to the 70-question version of the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator that I took online today. This personality is called the "Confidant" and also the "Advocate".

Which personality type are you? Follow this link, answer the questions, and find out. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers. Just answer honestly. Here's the link: http://psychology-tools.com/personality-type-indicator/

If you also happen to be an INFJ, or you want to learn more about us, you can visit this website, which gives a good, detailed desc<x>ription of the traits of this type. Here's the link: http://www.16personalities.com/infj-personality.

Also, if anyone knows of a website where the full-length Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (which I understand has over 100 questions) is offered for free, please let me know. Thanks!

Hello there ,,
I see you heart a lot of my comments ,,even ones that seem to get buried in tons of BS ,so I decided to see who this lady is ,,
and find this test as your feature ,,
My daughter explains to me it just shows what others see,,and is I find pleasure in helping others ,,and seeing God is glorified by my actions ,,that my reward and joy is in helping others ,,
thanks for sharing the test ,,I don't find I personally get much out of them as I don't understand all the groups people put themselves in now days ,,I just try to be a servant of God and do the best I can to lessen the struggles of my fellow man and aid with my experience and God given talents as much I can ,,
since I do in silent,, kind of oversee the safety of others here on Ep and it does consume a lot of time I wish I was spending talking to friends ,, as many things I do ,some sacrifice is required sometimes for the good and safety of others ,,,
but I am happy to see you as a fan of my intent here ,,,
most of my posts are to plant a seed ,or put in check the "too cocky "
but more then anything ,,look out for minors and ladies the trolls here seem to enjoy stalking ,and sending unwanted solicitation
that all being said,, I would be happy to call you friend ,,more then likely,, Sister ,,
just wanted to say thank you for being so kind ,,supporting my efforts and letting me know someone reads my posts
and I pray you have a blessed day

this was my results to the test ,,any more insight you might want to share about it would be appreciated ,,
as I mentioned ,,fitting into groups is not my intent for being here ,,but I do like understanding why some do ,,its easier to be all things to all men /mankind ,,when you understand them ,,
again have a blessed day

Thanks for taking the test. I think that your personality type is probably much more well-suited for a management position than mine. I think that this is implied in the name, the "Overseer." After you finish the test, there is some more information about your type, particularly about your type's approach to different aspects of your life, that you can read if you want. It's possible that not all of the things that it says about your type are true of you personally, since you're very close to the middle on two of the letters (S and T). But it can provide a lot of insight into your personality. There is a book titled "Type Talk" by Otto Kroeger and Janet M Thuesen, which has a chapter about each of the 16 personality types, and it does a great job of describing the inner workings of the people of each of the types (what makes people "tick").

I can certainly understand not wanting to be lumped in with a "group". I feel the same way myself. I very much dislike being labeled myself, because then people feel that they can immediately know everything that they need to know about me right away, and then they just dismiss me as "one of those people." I think that a lot of people of my generation are like that. I think that the one thing that most people of my generation have in common, more than anything else, is that we tend to pride ourselves on our individuality. We hate being labeled. Then again, I suppose that that's a label too.

But I'm also aware that one of the features of this website is that we learn more about other people, and bond with other people, by joining groups. So far, I don't have a problem with that, but I hope that people do remember that we are all individuals, not just items to be categorized and labeled.

I have enjoyed reading your posts. You do seem like a kind, caring person who has been through a lot but continues to strive to do what is right. It's good to know that there are still people like that in the world.
