I actually use “dude” fairly often. Wasn’t aware I was stupid, illiterate and a moron. I’ll have to seek out help for that. If someone can teach me how to work the internet.

I don’t think those words necessarily represent your description. But they assume a relationship that doesn’t exist, when they issue from a stranger’s mouth. You might as well use “stranger” instead.
