Nasty attitude

I am dealing with a property manager who is of urban descent. She is so rude for no reason today I I texted her about an issue that I am having here at the unit and all she put was report it on the app? Like I'm dumb or something like excuse me I didn't know there was an app for that you didn't even tell me plus it doesn't work on my phone. The landlord I had previous to this sold the property to these ghetto people who manage it she's not the owner she's just the rental manager and she does a horrible job at it I wish she would get fired so i dont have to deal with her and her ghetto self. I had a neighbor tell me that she harasses her all the time about rent she's in the same to me when I always pay my rent on time this is why I don't like dealing with these kinds of people.
