I Would Like My Job If My Supervisors Weren't Idiots

A lot of the time my supervisor doesn't have a clue what I am doing. I find it funny how the coworkers on my level which is the very bottom have more of an idea of what is going on than most of the management team.

The company that I work for always brings in new managers that have never been on the shop floor. The worker who has been in the company the longest still has the same job he started with.
